Content Standard Licence 

Unless in a signed contract for copyright & licencing no video/audio/photo/creative content is licensed for on air(TV), radio or digital billboards. Content is only licensed for online, small print or PR, no billboards or campaign media or campaign media print.

Please contact us to discuss licensing and details for ads, large campaigns, large print, TVC or international media, as there are additional costs involved.

Envy Media Ltd owns full copyright outright, no matter what terms or licences are agreed on, and has the ability to pull any material at any point in time.

 

Raw Imagery / Footage / Working Files / Content

Under no circumstances are Envy Media Ltd liable to hand over RAW material, imagery, footage, working files and content. Envy Media Ltd and partners own all rights to this material and have the right to withhold any files at will, Envy Media Ltd may hand over RAW files for special use cases, there may be licensing agreements required and will require acceptance from Envy Media Ltd prior to any work been taken out.

Payment Terms & Deposits – Clients

If the total project amount exceeds $2,000 NZD, a deposit of 30% is required no later than 10 days prior to the shooting date. The closing balance (70%) is due on the 20th of the month following completion of the project.

The deposit serves to ‘lock in’ the date, so that Envy does not book any work that would otherwise conflict with their involvement in the clients production.

Invoices have a 10 day grace period following the 20th of the month, payments more than 10 days overdue will incur a late payment fee of 5%.

In the event the production date changes due to setbacks such as weather, talent availability etc.. The company will work with the client to the best of its abilities to determine a new date.

Payment Terms – Contractors

We have a standard payment term of 20th-23rd of the following month, cut off date is the 16th. If you have ticked invoice payment due date or other in payment terms on supplier contract, the due date needs to be listed as 20th of the following month, other needs to be agreed on with the invoice issued per job and prior to work undertaken.

Contractors Copyright 

Contractors agree that Envy Media Ltd owns full copyright and ability to licence any work indefinitely for any contracted work to Envy media and for Envy Media’s clients. 

Revisions

The client is entitled to no more than 2 revisions or changes to the final product. Client shall request any revisions or changes within 10 days from delivery of the final product.
